Salt,Sugar and Krydd Peppar,And Dill Is A Must.
You Rub it in THE Seadoning on to THE fish,Salmon that Is.
Then comes Dill on top,put a plastic cover and something heavy on top and leave it THE fridge for two days.
After 24hours I turned THE Fish and put it back in THE fridge again.
After 48 hours My Salmon was fine to be Eaten and Enjoyed…
